Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and CPA certification.
At least 5 years in General Accounting, AR and AP with supervisory experience.
Knowledge of SAP or Inforsun accounting software is advantageous.
Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Prepares accounting entries and ensures the general ledger balances with detailed records.
Reviews monthly income/expenses and produces department reports.
Reconciles revenue and expense accounts and verifies invoices before payment.
Processes wire/funding transfers and reconciles bank statements monthly.
Monitors AR/receivables and ensures proper recording of all transactions.
Schedules and assists audit schedules; handles tax filings and remittance.
Directly supervises lower-level accounting personnel.
