Job summary

HRTx Inc. Manila-based role seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee end-to-end operations across multiple entities. The successful candidate will drive month-end close, consolidate reporting, and ensure accuracy in financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 3 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership exposure.
• Advanced working knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Experience handling multiple business units and entities.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and able to work in high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform end-to-end accounting operations for multiple entities
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, reporting, and reconciliations
• Review financial and management reports for accuracy and completeness
• Address complex accounting issues and operational challenges
• Supervise, guide, and develop accounting staff
• Work closely with accounting leadership and top management on financial matters
