Job summary

OutForce Inc. is seeking a Certified Public Accountant to join our finance team. This role goes beyond traditional accounting, leveraging technology and data analysis to drive accuracy, efficiency, and strategic insight within a fast-paced environment onsite.

You will lead month-end close, prepare financial statements, and collaborate across departments to deliver actionable insights and robust internal controls, while maintaining a strong focus on compliance and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license with 5+ years of experience including a combination of public accounting and similar industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis.
• Strong technical skills with advanced Excel and ERP familiarity.
• Analytical ability to interpret financial data and provide clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly entries for recurring and ad hoc transactions; maintain financial statements per GAAP.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with timeliness and precision.
• Perform complex reconciliations, variance analyses, and financial modeling.
• Utilize advanced tools to automate workflows, improve reporting and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and best practices.
• Ensure tax compliance, audit requirements, and internal controls.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
