Job summary

OutForce is seeking a Senior Accountant in Metro Manila to manage monthly close, reconciliations, and financial modeling while ensuring GAAP compliance. The role emphasizes automation, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to improve reporting and controls.

Ideal candidates hold an active CPA license with 5+ years of accounting/audit experience, including public accounting, and are proficient with ERP systems and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Prepare and post monthly entries forrecurring and ad hoc transactions.Prepare, review, and maintain accuratefinancial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.


• Lead month-end and year-end closeprocesses, ensuring timeliness and precision.


• Perform complex reconciliations, varianceanalyses, and financial modeling to support business decisions.


• Utilize advanced technical tools toautomate workflows, improve reporting, and enhance data integrity.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto identify process improvements and implement best practices.

Requirements

• * Active CPA license with 5+ years of experience including acombination of public accounting (required) and similar industry experience(i.e. Engineering, Design, Professional Services).


• Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.


• Provenexperience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis.


• Strong technicalskills, including proficiency with advanced Excel functions and familiaritywith ERP systems.


• Demonstratedanalytical ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clearrecommendations.


• Excellentcommunication and problem-solving skills.


• SYSTEMSERP experience with DeltekVision and or Vantage point preferred.


• Knowledgeof SQL or Python for data analysis and automation.
