Job summary

OutForce is seeking a Senior Accountant in Metro Manila to manage monthly close, reconciliations, and financial modeling while ensuring GAAP compliance. The role emphasizes automation, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to improve reporting and controls.

Ideal candidates hold an active CPA license with 5+ years of accounting/audit experience, including public accounting, and are proficient with ERP systems and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license with 5+ years of experience including public accounting and industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly entries for recurring and ad hoc transactions; GAAP/compliance.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with timeliness and accuracy.
• Perform complex reconciliations, variance analyses, and financial modeling.
• Automate workflows and improve reporting using advanced tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and internal controls.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
