OutForce Inc. is hiring a Financial Analyst for a night shift on-site role in Pasig. You will join a client finance team responsible for analysis, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance with strong analytical, modeling, and presentation skills. You’ll work with ERP and BI tools, contribute to monthly closes, and partner with department heads to drive financial insights and strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- 5+ years of finance experience with startup and investment banking exposure.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Identify trends, variances, and insights to support management decisions.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to create budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain financial models for various projects and investments.
- Analyze cost structures and profitability across products or services.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve reporting accuracy.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Financial Analyst is a key member of the client Finance team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial information to support strategic decision-making. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development within our finance team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, a related field, or relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of finance experience with a mix of startup and investment banking.
- Self-starter who is able thrive in a dynamic environment under short timelines and changing priorities.
- Proven track record of breaking down and solving complex problems with impeccable business judgment. Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
- Superior analytical, modeling and presentation skills.
- Superior problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with executive management.
- Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output.
- Willing and excited about diving into the numbers and being hands-on.
- Must be a "self-starter" with a can-do attitude and execution mindset.
- Strong business acumen with ability to see "big picture" and strategize.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with business units.
- ERP experience, Deltek Vantagepoint preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx experience to analyze large datasets
- Exposure to AI and/or Onestream preferred

- Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
- Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making for various projects, investments, and business strategies.
- Analyze cost structures and profitability across products, departments, or services.
- Use data analysis tools to derive actionable insights from financial and operational data.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, stakeholders, and board members.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., accounting, operations, marketing) to support cross-functional financial analysis and reporting needs.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis requests from leadership or other departments.
