The candidate will work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with GAAP and high-quality financial data.

The position requires at least 6 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with QuickBooks, Yardi, or SAP.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Yardi, SAP, or similar).
• Willingness to work onsite and on a fixed night shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central time).
