JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery principles.


• Excellent communication, coordination, technical writing, and documentation skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, presentation tools, and other computer applications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Education or a related field.


• Relevant training or seminars in instructional design and training delivery.


• Relevant background and experience in course program development.


• Knowledge of principles and practices related to training and development.


• Adept in using various computer applications for office work.
