Job description

1. Design and Development:

Design, develop, and update training materials, modules, and learning resources based on specific business and system requirements.- Create structured training outlines, learning paths, and course frameworks that align with project objectives.

2. Coordination and Approval:

Coordinate with project owners and stakeholders to review and approve training materials prior to rollout.- Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to prepare trainers and operational teams for successful implementation.

3. Collaboration and Compliance:

Collaborate with process owners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procedures, workflows, and training content.- Serve as the first-level approver of knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with operational standards.

4. Support and Maintenance:

Support change management initiatives by creating effective training solutions based on process or system updates.- Ensure training materials are continuously updated, standardized, and in compliance with organizational policies and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience: Experience as a Trainer, Quality Analyst (QA), or Senior Agent who has experience creating training decks or teaching others.




• Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills (can explain complex things simply).




• Tools: Great at creating presentations using PowerPoint or Canva.




• Traits: Fast learner, highly organized, and has a strong eye for detail (spotting typos and formatting errors).
