SoftwareOne is seeking a Country Services Lead to drive delivery excellence for Singapore, leading complex cloud programs and fostering strong client relationships.

You will oversee regional delivery, align with cloud engineering teams, and ensure sustainable growth while guiding teams to deliver high-impact projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading cloud delivery within system integrator or services environments.
• Solid understanding of project financials, including P&L ownership and revenue management.

As Country Services Lead, you will drive the successful execution of SoftwareOne’s services operations in Singapore and support regional delivery. You will lead delivery performance, oversee complex cloud programs, and build strong client relationships while ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth.

• Strong understanding of project financials, including P&L ownership and revenue management.
• Solid knowledge of major cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure (GCP is an added advantage).
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and engage with senior stakeholders.
