You will drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while ensuring governance, risk control, and operational excellence across the country from its base in San Sebastián/Donostia.

The role demands strategic vision, people leadership, and strong commercial performance with multi-disciplinary teams in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
• Valuable extensive experience in senior leadership positions with full business responsibility.
• Proven track record managing P&L and delivering profitable growth.
• Experience leading multifunctional teams within an international environment.
• Strong commercial, operational, and financial management expertise.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and strategic account management.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, business analytics tools, and performance management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the business strategy in line with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, market share expansion, and business development.
• Hold full responsibility for the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and resource allocation.
• Establish annual operating plans and monitor execution against strategic objectives and KPIs.
• Identify market targets, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities.
• Ensure effective governance, compliance, and risk management across all operations.
• Lead Business Review Meetings with the Division to regularly update on progress.
