Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Hydraulic, or related Engineering discipline.
• 5-8 years in product development or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, fluids, and related technologies.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects and coordinating teams.
• Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Spanish and English for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team to high performance.
• Drive new product development from concept to launch with quality, cost, and timeline targets.
• Review and validate engineering designs and change activities.
• Collaborate with Product Care, Operations, Quality, and stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
