Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product development, engineering or industrial manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps and fluid dynamics.
• Experience in designing and developing electromechanical products and systems.
• Proven leadership of technical projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving with root cause analysis and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, validation testing, and engineering best practices.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Drive new product development from concept to launch.
• Review and validate engineering designs and design changes.
• Collaborate with Product Care, Operations, Quality and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulations and customer requirements.
