Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic business plan for the Philippines.
• Deliver sustainable revenue and profit growth and own the full P&L.
• Lead the sales organisation and strengthen key customer relationships.
• Develop partnerships with hospitality groups, consultants, dealers, and distributors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
