Opella Healthcare Philippines Inc. seeks a Country Head to lead the Philippine market strategy, own the full P&L, and deliver profitable growth across channels.

The role requires enterprise leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong external stakeholder engagement to drive portfolio and market expansion. The position oversees a complex country organisation with finance, sales, brand, supply chain and regulatory elements, reporting to the General Manager of Opella ASEA-CHC AMEA.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Consumer Healthcare, OTC, FMCG, or related sectors.
• Full P&L accountability and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen and external stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Set the Philippines ambition and annual country plan in alignment with ASEA and Opella priorities.
• Own delivery of total country P&L, net sales, gross margin and market share objectives.
• Lead the Philippines Leadership Team with clear governance and operating rhythms.
• Collaborate with regional Brand & Innovation and Trade & Revenue Management teams to shape portfolio and activation.
• Balance growth across pharmacy, modern trade, eCommerce and other channels.
• Drive IBP process, forecasting discipline and disciplined resource allocation.
