Opella Philippines is seeking a Country Head to lead the market, setting ambition and strategy, owning the country P&L, and driving sustainable profitable growth.

The role unites commercial, brand, science, supply, finance and people priorities into one country plan and requires enterprise leadership across matrixed teams.

The successful candidate will bring 15+ years in consumer healthcare or FMCG, proven country leadership, and the ability to mobilize resources to win in a fast-growing market.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Consumer Healthcare, OTC, FMCG or a related consumer-led sector.
• Proven country or general management leadership with full P&L accountability.
• Demonstrated success leading a cross-functional organisation and influencing regional/global stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen and external stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Set the Philippines ambition, strategic choices and annual country plan, aligned with ASEA and Opella priorities.
• Own delivery of the total country P&L, including net sales, gross margin, EBITDA, cash and market share objectives.
• Shape growth strategy with regional teams, connecting insight with portfolio, pricing, and commercial choices.
• Lead the Philippines Leadership Team and establish governance and operating rhythms.
• Act as the enterprise integrator for the Philippines, aligning all teams behind one country priority.
• Build an integrated omnichannel agenda reflecting pharmacy, wholesale, and fast-growing online channels.
• Represent Opella with customers, industry bodies, partners and external stakeholders.
