Job summary

Accenture's Global Services Legal team seeks a Services Counsel to support Digital Core, AI & Data, Cybersecurity, or Technology offerings. You will assess new services, identify regulatory risks, and help streamline contracting for deal teams.

Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate or law firm settings, JD with bar admission, and a proven ability to build relationships with business leaders are required. Flexible location in the Philippines is considered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate or law firm experience.
• Experience advising on data & AI services.
• Experience with tech services and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to learn applicable regulatory landscapes.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen; ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• JD and admission in good standing with bar association(s) (or local equivalents).

Responsibilities

• Support GSL teams aligned to Digital Core, AI & Data, Cybersecurity, or Technology in assessing new offerings and preparing them for market.
• Identify legal/regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies with business/Legal teams.
• Assist Sales & Delivery Legal with day-to-day contracting; provide guidance, templates, SME support.
• Support evaluation of prospective acquisitions and post-merger integration strategies.
