Job summary

Accenture is seeking a qualified Corporate/Technology lawyer to join our AI & Data practice in the Philippines. You will assess new AI offerings, provide product counsel, and support go-to-market strategies for the business.

You will develop subject-matter expertise in AI, collaborate with global teams across legal, IP, privacy, and contracting, and assist the contracting team with playbooks, templates, and deal support. A JD and bar admission plus 5+ years' experience are expected.

Qualifications

JD degree with bar admission in good standing
5+ years in corporate or law firm setting advising on software including AI
Fluency in English with strong written and spoken communication
Knowledge of SaaS, software licenses, and AI-related contract structures
Willingness to work with US time zones

Responsibilities

Assess new AI & Data offerings and provide product counsel for go-to-market
Develop AI/Data subject-matter expertise; serve as point of contact for business/assets teams
Collaborate with legal teams including IP, privacy, regulatory, and contracting
Support contracting as product counsel with playbooks, templates and deal support
Assist Ventures & Acquisitions in evaluating AI targets
Conduct legal research and improve processes/tools (PowerPoint decks, workplans)
Monitor regulatory trends in tech, AI and data
