Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks an experienced attorney to join Global Services Legal as Strategic Growth Init Counsel Specialist. The role supports the Global Supply Chain and Engineering Legal Team, shaping strategic decisions and guiding new solutions to market with robust risk mitigations.

A JD and bar eligibility are required, with a 2:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule in some cases. The candidate will conduct legal research, draft and negotiate agreements, and collaborate with compliance,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience in corporate or law firm settings.
• Knowledge of regulatory landscapes affecting product and service qualification, development and launch.
• Experience with AI, IoT, cloud, embedded systems, and related technologies as applicable to product liability.
• Experience drafting and negotiating client and supplier agreements including IP and data privacy issues.
• Skills in risk identification, analysis and management related to product creation and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into and shape strategic decisions impacting Supply Chain and Engineering for Growth Markets and global Solutions Leads.
• Assess new Supply Chain and Engineering solutions and guide them to market with risk mitigations.
• Conduct internal and external legal research on technologies and regulations and their business impact.
• Develop guidance, guardrails and playbooks to enable Sales & Delivery Legal support for client transactions.
• Collaborate with regulatory counsel to anticipate regulatory changes affecting the business.
• Escalate issues and improve governance and risk management with Quality and Enterprise Risk Management.
• Evolve Accenture policies to meet Supply Chain and Engineering requirements.
• Evaluate acquisition targets, conduct due diligence and shape post-merger integration strategies.
