Accenture's Global Services Legal team seeks a Services Counsel to support Digital Core, AI & Data, Cybersecurity, or Technology offerings. You will assess new services, identify regulatory risks, and help streamline contracting for deal teams.

Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate or law firm settings, JD with bar admission, and a proven ability to build relationships with business leaders are required. Flexible location in the Philippines is considered.

• Assist Sales & Delivery Legal with day-to-day contracting; provide guidance, templates, SME support.
• Support evaluation of prospective acquisitions and post-merger integration strategies.

The mission statement of Global Services Legal is to drive sustainable business growth for Accenture by providing deep legal expertise at the intersection of business strategy, industry and technology in a highly dynamic environment. The Global Services Legal team functions as the integrator between various other parts of the Legal team, coordinating between the multidisciplinary areas of deep expertise across the wider Legal team, to deliver one holistic Legal perspective to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• As Services Counsel, you will support the GSL teams aligned to Digital Core, AI & Data, Cybersecurity, or Technology in conducting assessments of new service and product offerings, solutions, capabilities, and preparing those offerings for market.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues across the business, Global Services Legal and the broader Legal team
• Enable Accenture's Sales & Delivery Legal team to efficiently handle day-to-day contracting, including developing guidance and templates and providing SME support to deal teams
• Support the evaluation of prospective acquisition targets and development and implementation of post-merger integration strategy
