Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in the Philippines seeks a Cost Management Specialist to join the Project Management Office. You will develop and maintain cost plans, analyze documents, monitor costs, identify variances, and support value engineering to ensure project budgets are adhered to from conception through construction.

You will collaborate with clients, architects, contractors and internal teams across locations, perform risk assessments, manage change orders, and prepare cost reports

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cost management, quantity surveying or similar roles in construction.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate cost implications to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost plans, cash flows and contingencies.
• Monitor project costs and identify variances with corrective actions.
• Support value engineering and contract cost elements.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts and deviation analyses for stakeholders.
