Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a proactive Specialist in Manila to drive end-to-end sourcing and procurement for APAC facilities management services. You will lead tender and RFx processes, manage vendor onboarding, and coordinate compliance across markets.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with Jaggaer or similar platforms. On-site work in Taguig Philippines is expected, with a focus on risk management and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, supply chain or related field required.
• Proven procurement/sourcing experience with RFx management and vendor engagement.
• Experience in facilities management procurement is advantageous.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills for reporting and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender/RFx processes using Jaggaer for FM services.
• Develop tender documentation, evaluate submissions, and provide commercial recommendations.
• Manage vendor onboarding, data accuracy, and performance scorecards.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements across APAC markets.
• Coordinate with onshore teams and support contract administration and renewals.
