Qualifications

• Engineering degree with professional accreditation and construction delivery expertise.
• Experience leading CSA/building services packages on major projects.
• Knowledge of design, planning, procurement, commercial management, commissioning and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSA package delivery, ensuring compliance with Mace standards, safety, quality, and project objectives.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership across design, procurement, tendering, and contract administration activities.
• Oversee programme delivery, managing milestones, interfaces, risks, logistics, and package performance.
• Drive commissioning, handover, and project close-out, ensuring high-quality completion and client satisfaction.
• Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and net zero carbon goals through sustainable project delivery.

• Proven knowledge of design, planning, procurement, commercial management, commissioning, and project controls.
• Collaborative leader with strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.
