Job summary

Mace Group is recruiting in the Philippines for a Degree-qualified engineer to lead CSA/building services delivery across major projects. You will drive design, planning, procurement, commissioning and project controls while aligning with safety, quality and sustainability goals.

As a collaborative leader you will build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

You’ll need to have:

• Degree-qualified engineer with relevant professional accreditation and technical expertise in construction delivery.
• Strong experience leading complex CSA/building services packages on major construction projects.
• Proven knowledge of design, planning, procurement, commercial management, commissioning, and project controls.
• Collaborative leader with strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.
