Job summary

Mace Group in the Philippines is seeking an experienced MEP Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services on projects, ensuring outcomes for time, budget, safety and quality.

You will lead MEP teams, drive procurement, tendering and design coordination, and build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and contractors while maintaining a strong safety and quality culture.

Qualifications

• Formal engineering qualification or recognized technical apprenticeship.
• Strong MEP delivery, planning, commissioning and commercial management expertise.
• Sound knowledge of construction sequencing, risk and project controls.
• SMSTS, CSCS and a commitment to health, safety and quality excellence.

Purpose

Accountable for the delivery of MEP services on projects to the agreed outcomes for time, budget, safety and quality requirements. Ensures high-quality, time-efficient and profitable delivery, whilst providing leadership and accountability for compliance, governance, assurance and management of teams of Technical and Construction.
