Job summary

Century Limitless Corporation is seeking a Cost and Data Management Engineer to monitor project costs, maintain accurate data, and prepare reports supporting planning, cost control, and decision-making. The role ensures budgets, progress, and resource utilization are tracked throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include budgeting, cost tracking, reporting, and forecasting, with collaboration across Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Finance to optimize cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Licensed CE or IE is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction cost control, project controls, quantity surveying, or data management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and cost reports.
• Track project expenditures, material usage, labor costs, equipment utilization, and subcontractor costs.
• Maintain accurate records of project quantities, accomplishments, and cost data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports, productivity reports, and project status updates.
• Monitor budget versus actual costs and analyze cost variances.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, QS, and Finance regarding project costs and progress.
• Monitor purchase requests, purchase orders, deliveries, and material consumption.
• Update project dashboards and databases to ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist in forecasting project costs, cash flow, and resource requirements.
• Support project billing, progress claims, and cost reconciliation.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure all cost records are complete and properly filed.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance cost efficiency and data accuracy.
