Job summary

PAMOCOR Group of Companies in the Philippines seeks a Cost Control Engineer to monitor project costs, prepare budgets and forecasts, and ensure projects stay within approved budgets.

You will develop cost controls, coordinate with Procurement and Finance, and support bid analysis, change orders, and cost documentation to minimize financial risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of cost control or quantity surveying experience in construction or engineering.
• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Excel, SAP, or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles and construction processes.
• PRC Licensed Engineer preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

About the role
