Atlanta Industries Incorporated in San Juan, Manila is seeking a Cost Controller & Asset Management - Management Trainee to assist in optimizing cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate production costs and reliable financial reporting.

The role involves setting up standard production costs in SAP, calculating monthly costs, preparing inventory valuations, supporting budgeting, and helping strengthen internal controls, with competitive base pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; master’s or CPA/CMA is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing or production.
• SAP proficiency, especially standard costing, inventory management, and internal orders.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Excel proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP and data analysis.
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify cost trends, and provide insights.
• Knowledge of industry-specific cost accounting practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up standard production costs in SAP, calculate monthly actual costs, and maintain standard costs for materials produced.
• Generate monthly inventory valuation reports and assist in budgeting with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee month-end tasks and reconciliations; support financial controls, agency billing, and processing of delivery expenses and freight charges.
