Job summary

JS Unitrade Merchandise, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Control and Cost Accounting professional to join the Accounts Payable Team. The role requires supervising monthly and yearly inventory reconciliation across warehouses and ensuring accurate annual counts.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in inventory control and cost accounting, and be willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City. Industrial Engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Financial Management, Accounting or related courses.
• Industrial Engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least 4 years of solid experience in Inventory Control and Cost Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise monthly and yearly inventory reconciliation across warehouses.
• Ensure accuracy of annual inventory count results.
• Prepare landed costing templates for PO processing and upload into system.
• Analyze import costs and recommend costing adjustments.
• Monitor import documents and route to authorized personnel.
