The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, 2+ years in process improvement within plastics pipes manufacturing, and Lean/Six Sigma certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field; master's/MBA is a plus.
• At least 2 years in systems improvement related to business process management in plastics pipe manufacturing or related industry.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma Yellow/Green belt or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize cost accounting processes for production costs and financial reporting.
• Set up standard production costs in SAP and maintain standard costs for materials.
• Generate monthly inventory valuation reports and support budget development with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee month-end tasks, reconciliations, and improve financial controls.
• Supervise agency billing, delivery expenses and freight processing.
