• Language: Tagalog & English (Required).

Responsabilités

• Customer Engagement and Sales – Identify potential clients, build relationships, and close deals to meet sales targets for Cosmetics.
• Marketing Strategies – Develop and implement campaigns to promote products or services, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing.
• Market Research – Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead Generation – Find new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Brand Awareness & Promotion – Ensure the company's image and message reach the right audience through compelling storytelling and targeted promotions.
• Negotiation & Pricing – Handle discussions on pricing, contracts, and deals to maximize profitability while satisfying customer expectations.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor sales metrics, customer feedback, and marketing effectiveness to refine approaches.
