Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
• MBA, CMA, CPA, or CFA designation is an advantage.
• 5–10 years of relevant FP&A/Corporate Finance experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, strategic planning, and rolling forecast processes across business units and support functions.
• Develop financial models and analyses to provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators and identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare management reports, executive presentations, and board materials for decision making.
• Collaborate with business leaders on evaluating financial performance, investments, and profitability.

As a Corporate Planning & Business Finance Manager (FP&A Manager), you will be responsible for driving the Bank's financial planning and performance management processes, providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions, and partnering with key stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

What The Role Will Entail

• Support enterprise-wide financial planning initiatives, including long-term planning, capital allocation, and cost optimization efforts.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field. MBA, CMA, CPA, or CFA designation is an advantage.
• At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Strategic Finance, or Financial Management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting capabilities.
• Proven experience in business performance management, profitability analysis, and executive-level financial presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial reporting tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across multiple levels of the organization.
