Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the company's corporate planning, legal, compliance, and governance-related requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable laws, government regulations, permits, licenses, and internal policies.
  • Track compliance deadlines, renewals, submissions, and other regulatory obligations, and follow up with departments.
  • Maintain and organize corporate, legal, compliance, permit, license, certification, and governance records.
  • Assist in monitoring corporate governance requirements and support policy implementation.
  • Coordinate with departments to address compliance gaps and corrective actions.
  • Prepare compliance, governance, and corporate planning reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external regulatory agencies on legal matters.
  • Support planning and coordination of company-wide activities involving multiple departments.
  • Perform other corporate planning, legal, governance, and coordination duties as assigned.

About the Role

The Corporate Planning, Legal, & Compliance Staff serves as a central coordinator for the company's corporate planning, legal, compliance, and governance requirements. In this role, you will work closely with different divisions and departments to monitor regulatory obligations, support corporate governance initiatives, coordinate company-wide activities, and ensure timely completion of key requirements. This role is essential in supporting effective corporate governance, regulatory compliance, cross-functional coordination, and the smooth implementation of company-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the company's corporate planning, legal, compliance, and governance-related requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable laws, government regulations, permits, licenses, and internal company policies.
  • Track compliance deadlines, renewals, submissions, and other regulatory obligations, and follow up with responsible departments.
  • Maintain and organize corporate, legal, compliance, permit, license, certification, and governance records.
  • Assist in monitoring corporate governance requirements and support the implementation of related policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments in addressing compliance gaps, legal requirements, and necessary corrective actions.
  • Prepare compliance, governance, and corporate planning reports, status updates, and documentation for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and, when necessary, external regulatory agencies on legal and compliance matters.
  • Support the planning and coordination of company-wide activities, initiatives, and programs involving multiple departments.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Legal Management, Public Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of relevant work experience in corporate planning, compliance, regulatory affairs, legal support, administration, audit, risk management, or a related function.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements, deadlines, and documentation.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of following through on tasks and pending requirements.
