Job summary

Infinity Outsourcing Services is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Specialist to oversee legal compliance across the organization. You will monitor laws, develop policies, ensure adherence to requirements, and support cross-functional teams.

The role includes conducting risk assessments, coordinating internal audits, delivering training, tracking metrics, and serving as primary contact for regulators and auditors. Strong analytical skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications such as CCEP, CFE, CAMS, CRCM preferred depending on industry.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, auditing, risk management, or related roles.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the organization adheres to local, state, federal, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Conduct regular compliance risk assessments across departments.
  • Identify potential areas of vulnerability and propose preventive or corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate internal audits and follow-up on audit findings.
  • Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees and managers.
  • Promote a culture of ethical behavior and regulatory awareness.
  • Track compliance metrics and report findings to senior management or the board.
  • Maintain documentation for regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors.
  • Review business processes and recommend controls to reduce compliance risks.
  • Investigate complaints or violations of policies, laws, or regulations.
  • Enforce disciplinary actions when necessary, consistent with company policy.
