ELSAL Ventures OPC is seeking an experienced in-house corporate lawyer to provide legal guidance across corporate, commercial, and real estate matters in the Philippines. You will conduct due diligence, draft and negotiate key agreements, and advise on land transactions under Philippine laws.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, with a preference for in-house exposure. Candidates should maintain high integrity and confidentiality.

Competenze

• JD degree and Philippine Bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in corporate law, land acquisition, real estate, or commercial transactions.
• In-house experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine corporate, property, land, agrarian reform, contract, and regulatory laws.

About the Role:

Provide legal advice and recommendations to Management on corporate, commercial, real estate, and operational matters. Advise on land acquisition, property transactions, and applicable Philippine land and agrarian reform laws. Oversee corporate governance, statutory requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and recommendations to Management on corporate, commercial, real estate, and operational matters
• Conduct legal due diligence on land titles, ownership, property records, and related documentation

Qualifications:

• In-house legal experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Philippine corporate, property, land, agrarian reform, contract, and regulatory laws
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage legal matters and advise senior management
• High integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality
