Job summary

HSBC in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Global Payments Solutions (GCB 5). You will drive cash management sales with local corporate clients, lead pitches and RFP responses, and coordinate cross-functional teams to structure and close mandates across payments, collections, and liquidity solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in transaction banking / cash management sales, corporate banking, or treasury.
• Experience in origination of new business deals.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payment infrastructure and regulation.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of local corporate clients and prospects, developing and executing a cash management sales strategy.
• Originate and convert new cash management mandates in partnership with Relationship Management.
• Lead client pitches and RFP responses, translating needs into HSBC solutions.
• Maintain a robust CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting and deal staging.
