The Head provides strategic and operational leadership for Wealth and Global Private Banking processing activities delivered through GSC Manila on behalf of HSBC entities worldwide.

The role drives efficient, resilient operations, governance, risk management and continuous improvement, ensuring service levels and regulatory compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services, including Wealth or Private Banking operations.
• Strong knowledge of securities and investment products for high-net-worth clients.
• Experience leading large-scale operational transformation and automation.
• Proven ability to manage risk, governance and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, time-critical operations across Wealth and Global Private Banking in 24 countries.
• Embed robust procedures, assess operational impact of policy changes, maintain controls.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience and meet service standards.
• Drive productivity, cost efficiency and continuous improvement while safeguarding service quality.
• Develop a large global team through coaching, performance management and engagement.
