Job summary

HSBC Philippines in Taguig seeks an experienced Sales Manager, Corporates, Global Payments Solution to drive cash management revenue across a local corporate portfolio. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification to implementation handover, coordinating with Relationship Managers, Product, and Implementation teams.

The role requires 5+ years in transaction banking/cash management sales, strong understanding of payments and liquidity, and proven ability to present

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in transaction banking / cash management sales or corporate banking.
• Strong understanding of payments, collections, liquidity management and Philippine payment infrastructure.
• Proven ability to structure and present complex solutions to senior stakeholders (CFO/Treasurer level).

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of local corporate clients and prospects, developing and executing an account-level cash management sales strategy.
• Originate and convert new cash management mandates (payments, collections, liquidity management) with Relationship Management.
• Lead client-facing pitches and RFP responses, translating client needs into HSBC solutions and proposals.
• Coordinate implementation handover with Client Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and time-to-revenue for won mandates.
• Deepen existing relationships through cross-sell of adjacent transaction banking products and market intelligence.
