Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to accelerate growth in corporate, design, and VVIP markets. You will lead strategic sales initiatives, cultivate high-value client relationships, and deliver tailored design solutions reflecting the brand’s commitment to thoughtful design, quality, and elevated service.

This role collaborates with Merchandising, Marketing, Store Operations, and Design teams, requires travel to client meetings, and reports on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of corporate sales or key account management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and manage a portfolio of corporate, VVIP, interior designer, architect, and property-development clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend curated merchandise and design solutions.
• Generate qualified leads, drive store traffic, and convert opportunities into long-term relationships.
• Establish partnerships with organizations and design firms for events and promotions in collaboration with Marketing.
• Nurture existing accounts with personalized offers and proactive follow-ups.
• Represent Crate & Barrel in client meetings, events, and business development engagements.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Store Operations, and Design teams on product selection and service delivery.
• Support store leadership and assist with operational requirements when needed.
