Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a creative Graphic Specialist to join our marketing team. You’ll help bring campaigns to life, design visual materials, and strengthen our brand presence both online and offline.

You will conceptualize, design, and maintain digital and print assets, collaborate with marketing, and ensure timely, on-brand executions across homepage banners, store materials, and events.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or Multimedia Arts.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong design skills with emphasis on composition, typography, and branding.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with website banners and basic web assets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualization and Research – research creative pegs and conceptualize visuals aligned with campaign goals while preserving brand integrity.
• Creative Presentation – pitch concepts to marketing team and stakeholders for alignment.
• Graphic Design and Creatives – design marketing materials, store/event collaterals, ads, and social content for digital and print.
• Marketing Assistance – collaborate on product launches, events, campaigns, and seasonal activations; organize files and docs.
• Homepage and Banner Maintenance – update website homepage and digital banners to reflect promos and campaigns.
