Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Product Management, Transaction Banking, Cash Management Services (CMS), Treasury, Corporate Banking, or related financial services functions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with experience in product profitability, pricing, and business case development.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor cash management products to drive growth in transaction volumes, deposits (ADB), revenue, and profitability.
• Develop product strategies, marketing plans, pricing structures, and sales initiatives to increase product adoption and business growth.
• Lead product development and enhancement projects by coordinating with Sales, Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and external vendors.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and cost reviews to identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
• Resolve client issues, support complex client engagements, secure required approvals, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
