Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Relationship Manager to maintain accounts and coordinate with operating units for loan facilities and accounts.

• Professionally handle client complaints to maintain good client relationships.
• Explain bank products to entice new and existing clients to choose Security Bank as their main bank.
• Ensure all loan documentation and requirements are complete using a checklist.
