Aufgaben

• Schedule client appointments through phone calls.
• Build and maintain client databases by accurately encoding and updating information.
• Collect and follow up on required documents from clients, partner branches, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare, organize, and photocopy necessary loan and client documents.
• Ensure the completion of documentary requirements for business loan applications.
• Coordinate with Credit and other Product Partner units for the processing and endorsement of loan applications.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Solutions Team.
