Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists the Relationship Manager in maintaining accounts and coordinating with operating units for loan facilities and accounts.
• Relays information to clients based on Bank policies to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Handles client inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain good relationships.
• Explains bank products to entice clients to choose Security Bank as their main bank.
• Ensures documentation is complete and deficiencies are resolved promptly.
• Oversees completeness of documentary requirements before loan availments, renewals, and extensions.
