Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking, sales, or relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Calls and engage with select corporate accounts to identify business opportunities.
• Acquires new-to-bank clients, especially within Top Corporates and MNCs.
• Cross-sells relevant products across Corporate, Retail, Commercial, and Business Banking segments.
• Assigns newly acquired accounts to appropriate Relationship Managers.
• Monitors leads and track progress using available tools.
• Oversees onboarding to ensure adherence to standard turnaround times.
• Follows through until accounts are successfully transitioned.
• Builds rapport with bank units and relationship teams to ensure effective execution and support.
