Jacinto & Lirio is seeking a proactive administrative professional in Metro Manila to support purchasing, inventory, and logistics. You will coordinate with suppliers, prepare costing sheets, and handle documentation for corporate accounts and orders.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Assist in product development activities, including sourcing materials and gathering product information.
Prepare and maintain product costing sheets and related documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding product specifications, pricing, and timelines.
Process purchase requests and purchase orders.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and payment requirements.
Monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely availability of materials and products.
Coordinate shipment schedules, deliveries, and logistics requirements with suppliers and logistics partners.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
Support stock replenishment planning and inventory reconciliation activities.
Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing inventory transactions.
Provide administrative support for corporate accounts, bulk orders, and promotional giveaways.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery documents, and other required paperwork.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Maintain accurate records of corporate transactions and account information.
Organize and maintain files, records, and operational documents.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as required.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform other administrative and operational duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in administration, purchasing, inventory, logistics, or related functions is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong organizational and analytical skills are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, and logistics processes.
Experience in product costing and supplier coordination.
Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, or procurement systems is an advantage.
