Job summary

KMZD GROUP is seeking an IT Assistant in Manila to manage IT operations during the transition to a Core Banking System. The role covers infrastructure, cybersecurity, data migration, user support, regulatory reporting support, and business continuity alignment per BSP regulations.

The successful candidate will work hands-on with on‑premise or cloud assets, support installation and updates, and help ensure data integrity and system security across the CBS migration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor IT assets and network devices.
• Ensure system uptime and reliability.
• Implement user access controls and password policies.
• Coordinate with CBS vendor during transition to automation.
• Assist in data extraction, cleansing, and GL integration testing.
• Support IT risk assessment, RCSA, and BSP compliance documentation.
• Provide first-level technical support to tellers and staff.
• Train staff on CBS usage and security practices.
