Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, implement, and maintain application systems and technology solutions supporting Bank’s operations and initiatives.
• Work with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure systems are aligned with business goals, secure, efficient, and compliant with standards.
• Evaluate current systems and processes to identify gaps and automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional, non-functional and technical specifications.
• Prepare impact assessments and advise IT costs.
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and deployments.
• Coordinate with analysts, developers and vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Ensure documentation is maintained and changes are controlled.
• Support users during rollout and post-implementation reviews.
• Produce implementation checklists and rollback plans.
