You will collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant operations across initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, five years in IT focusing on system analysis and development, and experience with .Net, Oracle, MS SQL, and Postgres.

• Five years of IT experience focusing on system analysis, design and development.
• Experience on .Net Technology, Oracle, MS SQL, Postgres.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with prioritization.
• Good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, design, implement, and maintain application systems and technology solutions supporting Bank’s operations and initiatives.
• Work with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure systems are aligned with business goals, secure, efficient, and compliant with standards.
• Evaluate current systems and processes to identify gaps and automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional, non-functional and technical specifications.
• Prepare impact assessments and advise IT costs.
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and deployments.
• Coordinate with analysts, developers and vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Ensure documentation is maintained and changes are controlled.
• Support users during rollout and post-implementation reviews.
• Produce implementation checklists and rollback plans.
