KMZD GROUP in the Philippines is seeking an IT Assistant to manage and support all IT operations as the bank transitions to an automated Core Banking System (CBS). You will handle infrastructure, cybersecurity, data migration, vendor coordination, and regulatory reporting support under BSP guidelines.

You will provide first-level technical support to tellers and staff, maintain hardware and software, enforce access controls, backup routines, and ensure continuity during migration with attention

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field
• 2–3 years in network administration or system support
• Experience with banking systems and data migration
• Understanding of cybersecurity controls and backups
• Attention to detail and risk-aware mindset

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and secure bank IT assets and networks
• Ensure system uptime and reliability
• Implement access controls and password policies
• Assist data extraction, cleansing, and GL mapping
• Provide first-level tech support to tellers and staff
• Support parallel-run operations during CBS migration
• Perform regular backups and verify offsite/cloud replication
