Job Summary:
The Division Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Research, Engineering and Development Division. The role ensures smooth coordination across functions such as R&D documentation, bill of materials (BOM) management, ISO compliance, and technical engineering records. The Coordinator works closely with both the R&D and Technical Engineering teams to maintain accurate records, streamline processes, and support project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Research and Development (R&D Support)
- Manage and update Bill of materials (BOM) for new and existing products.
- Ensure proper documentation of all R&D outputs, including test reports, product, specifications, and formulation logs.
- Monitor and facilitate ISO compliance in documentation processes.
- Maintain organized records of all R&D activities, test results, and related approval
2. Technical Engineering Coordination
- Assist in scheduling and tracking of technical evaluations, field tests, and products assessments.
- Coordinate with Technical Engineers on project documentation and reporting.
- Support the preparation of materilas for technical training, site inspections, trouble shooting, and application trials (product evaluation).
- Assist in collating data and technical findings from field operations.
- Monitor and facilities ISO compliance in documentation processes.
3. Administrative and Coordination Tasks
- Act as the central point of contact between the Division Head and team members for internal coordination.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain division files, reports, and communications.
- Track task deadlines, consolidate reports, and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
- Support in organizing technical meetings, training sessions, and documentation reviews.
Qualificatons:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in adminitrative or technical coordination, preferably in an R&D or engineering environment.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and dicumentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tolls (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Basic knowledge in ISO documentation is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
